Based on the east side of Columbus this position is responsible for the implementation protocols to assess and facilitate contract compliance and adherence to quality performance standards. Individual will research documentation, collect and analyze data on quality indicators, examine guardianship documentation against compliance standards. At minimum, qualified candidate will have an Associate Degree or advanced course work in business or health care related field. Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and some experience with Power Point is a must. Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills, exercise independent thinking with attention to detail and present a positive customer service and team oriented outlook.
