Requirements:Licensed Social Worker, Licensed Independent Social Worker or Registered Nurse required,
Bachelor's degree in business or a health-related field preferred. At least 36 months experience in a home and community based services environment is required and 24 months experience in data analysis an/or data trending and/or accounting or financial analysis is desirable.
The Clinical Manager has supervisory responsibility for clinical functions related to the provision of case management services and other direct services to consumers of the Ohio Home Care Programs. He/she provides direction, support and mentoring to Clinical Supervisors to help assure compliance with OHC Rules and contractual requirements, achieve consistency in the application of OHC Rules and CareStar policies and procedures, and promote optimal service delivery.

Director of Clinical Services

The Director of Clinical Services is responsible to direct and lead all clinical services for the Ohio Home Care Program, including intake and eligibility, case management, and home modifications. He/She must assure that clinical services are effective and in compliance with the terms of the Case Management contract between the Ohio Department of Job and Family Services and CareStar. Minimum of BS/BA in Nursing, Social Services or related field required. Experience performing as a manager in a program of similar size, scope, with a minimum of two years of leadership experience with demonstrated ability to motivate, lead and develop staff. This position is based at the CareStar Columbus office.
