1. How much does it cost?
It is very affordable at $15.00 per course (CEU)
or 8 courses for only $69.00.
In addition you will receive the
Provider Success Program at no charge.

2. Can I have a copy of my transcript?
Yes. when you finish a course a certificate will print out with
your name and the courses you completed. You can also
have a complete printout of all courses you completed.

3. Can the CareStar School alert me when new courses come available?
Yes. If you allow us. You will be asked if you want additional information when you enroll.
We will not spam anyone.

4. Are CEU's from other places accepted?
Yes. Personal Care Aides are free to choose the educational resources as long as it complies with the rules of the state in which they work. See State Rules. In fact, we encourage all students to expand their education with additional courses that we do not offer like CPR. Click here to view Approved Courses.

5. Do I need any special computer skills?
Just the basics.

(A) You should be able to speak, read, and write English well enough to communicate, follow directions and complete tests. (B) Applicant must have the ability to complete the tasks associated with the provision of personal care such as reading the courses and taking the examinations online. (C) Applicant must have basic computer skills adequate to log-in, follow simple directions and print certifications.

(6) Can I get CEU courses at other places?
Absolutely! Providers may obtain CEUs (continuing educational units) from other resources as long as there is compliance with the rules of the State. CareStar encourages all students to expand their education with additional courses not offered by CareStar such as CPR.
